These tests don’t have to be added on to one of the major testing panels. Any of these Add-ons or combination of them can be ordered as a stand-alone test, but there will be an additional $10.00 fee charged for the blood draw.
25-OH VITAMIN D: $47.00
This blood test does not require fasting.
In the last 10-12 years, Vitamin D has received a lot of press, increasingly relating inadequacy of Vitamin D to many different health issues.
RBC MAGNESIUM: $55.00
This blood test does not require fasting.
Particularly for people over 60 years old, magnesium deficiency is rampant. Because magnesium is found inside the cells, the serum magnesium levels are poor indicators of actual availability of magnesium. This test looks at magnesium levels inside the red blood cells, and gives a better indicator. The importance of magnesium to health is widely recognized, impacting heart rhythm, muscle health, fibromyalgia pain levels, and much more.
THYROID TESTING: $89.00
This blood test does not require fasting.
The thyroid is one of the body's master glands, that controls our entire metabolic rate. Low thyroid is a common cause of fatigue, weight problems, cold intolerance, hair loss, and much more. While these three laboratory tests alone may not be enough to completely diagnose the status of the thyroid, they are very helpful as a starting point.

HEMOGLOBIN A1C (GLYCOSYLATED HEMOGLOBIN) $35.00
This blood test does not require fasting.
The hemoglobin A1C, also known as glycosylated hemoglobin, is an indicator of the average bood sugar hour by hour, minute by minute, over the last three months. For anyone with diabetes, this is clearly a very helpful test to assess control. This is only moderately helpful for pre-diabetes, since that condition also includes some very low blood sugars which can cause a normal hemogolbin A1C, even when some bood sugars in the previous three months have been very high.
LIPID PANEL: $52.00
This test requires a 12 hour fast.
For those who are following lifestyle changes and diet to lower their cholesterol and triglycerides, this panel of laboratory tests will help you follow your progress, and can provide essential information to your doctor on the effectiveness of medications.
LIVER FUNCTION TESTING: $52.00
This test does not require fasting.
This test is designed to help your physician watch for complications of certain medications, or certain chronic liver ailments.
ANEMIA TESTING: $95.00
This test does not require fasting.
If you have had anemia, or suspect anemia, and wish to test yourself to determine the cause, or follow up effectiveness of treatment, this test includes assessment of iron levels, and B-12 and folate, in addition to the red blood cell count, hemoglobin and hematocirt that are included as part of the CBC

Various specific diets have been developed based on aperson's blood type. This test is an inexpensive way to find out your blood type and whether you are Rh positive or negative.
